Hi Y’all!I wanted to write up a fun little blog talking about my love of cooking up Cajun dishes! As some of you know, I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and I am Cajun French, myself. One of my favorite dishes to cook up is called Louisianan Dirty Rice! You don’t need much to cook it up either, some nice steamed brown rice and some yummy garlic, scallions, pepper, chicken livers, and Jalapenos and Oregano! If you want to really taste some traditional Cajun delights, this is one of em! Some of the best dirty rice comes from Louisiana!
